The San Francisco Neo-Futurists present their fourth-annual PRIDE SHOW, Infinite Pride, a very special SF Pride edition of The Infinite Wrench! I had a chance to catch their show last weekend and I had no idea how much fun I was in for. It had been explained to me ahead of time how the program was laid out, but I forgot the audiences participation is what drives the hour performance. For those who are thinking, “Hell no, I hate audience participation,” now sweat, sit there on your hands with you mouth puckered shut. I dare to try. The joy of each 30 short plays, was contagious, focussing on sexuality, identity, community, and living in San Francisco in 60 hot and sweaty minutes. And if you still need any convincing, there is also full frontal. Score!
This year, they’re doing three shows in two locations: Join them on Wednesday, June 21 at El Rio AND/OR on Friday, June 23 & Saturday, June 24 at SAFEhouse for the Arts. See all below for more info!
