PSA Addresses LGBTQ Anxiety, Depression & Suicide During Holidays | #URimportant2Me Challenge

The holidays can be especially challenging for LGBTQ people that have been displaced or rejected by their families, or just feeling alone in a crowded room. Loneliness is not picky.

If you are watching this video I want you to know that you are important to me, you are special to me, and you matter!

I challenge you this holiday season to reach out to friends, loved ones and beyond to let them know that you are thinking of them and that they are important and special to you. I challenge you to reach out to strangers with a hello or a smile. You never know the impact that simple gesture might have on someone.
