Foxygen, a relatively new, up-and-coming group from southern California have captivated us with their stunning and unique blend of folk, psychedelic pop, and indie rock the past couple years. First started in 2005, the band did not release a full-length album until 2012’s “Take the Kids Off Broadway”. The group’s second album, 2013’s “We Are the 21st Century Ambassadors of Peace & Magic”, debuted at No. 76 nationwide and to critical acclaim. It also happened to provide one of my personal favorite songs, “San Francisco”. Known for their lead singer’s crazy concert antics as much as their music, this group is one to look out for the in the future. Their sound is mature beyond their age.

“…And Star Power” becomes available on October 14th. Check out “San Francisco” below, as well as their first single from the new album, “How Can You Really”.
