Matt Fishel is “Bored Of Straight Boys” | Music Video

Since establishing his own label in 2010, Matt has carved a niche for himself with his individual brand of queer-themed rock music and videos, building a strong online audience and international fan base and garnering millions of YouTube views along the way. Having spent the last 2 years recording and developing his new sound, Bored Of Straight Boys gives the first taste of what’s in store on the new album and comes with a fun, provocative and characteristically tongue-in- cheek animated lyric video, which will be released on the same day.

Bored Of Straight Boys follows on from the success of Matt’s award-winning 2013 debut album Not Thinking Straight which includes the viral YouTube hits Radio-Friendly Pop Song and When Boy Meets Boy as well as singles Football SongThe First Time and Behind Closed Doors.

The album M/F has been co-produced with UK rock producer Lee Batiuk (Deaf Havana) and is due for release in Spring 2018 on vinyl, CD, digital and streaming. The 12-track album was recorded at studios across London, Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire UK, and in Warsaw, Poland. It features guest appearances from London’s The Killer Horns, Polish diva extraordinaire Ola Bienkowska and UK singer/songwriter Zarif, and was mastered by the legendary Ted Jensen at New York’s Sterling Sound.
