Cheer San Francisco Presents $20,000 to the AIDS Emergency Fund

Cheer SF is no joke! I have seen these guys and girls performing at street fairs, twirling, jumping, throwing each other high into the sky, and with brute force catching their flying peers with ease. This requires maximum strength and trust. This same drive must be the force behind their fundraising.

Cheer San Francisco on Tuesday, January 24 presented a check for $20,000 to the AIDS Emergency Fund. The money, from the group’s philanthropic Cheer for Life Foundation, will assist AEF in continuing its work of issuing emergency financial assistance to its clients. Cheer SF also presented its Community Partner Award to the Until There’s A Cure Foundation. It has partnered with Cheer and the San Francisco Giants for the annual Until There’s A Cure Day at the ballpark, which has generated approximately $75,000 in charitable donations from baseball fans over the last 10 years.
