Art Exhibition to Benefit Ocean Conservancy | San Francisco


Ocean Conservancy and ArtHaus Gallerists James Bacchi and Annette Schutz are pleased to announce the opening of Oceans 12, a group exhibition featuring ocean inspired artwork and photography. The exhibition at ArtHaus will run from Thursday, October 5th through Saturday, October 7th. Twenty percent of all sales generated from the exhibition will be donated to Ocean Conservancy.

An opening reception for the artists and invited guests will take place on Thursday, October 5th from 6-8pm. At this event guests will have the opportunity to view and purchase featured artwork as well as meet select artists and Ocean Conservancy staff. The event is open to the public with a suggested donation of $20 either online or at the door.

The 12 artists featured in this exhibit are Carolyn Meyer, Thea Schrack, Donna McGinnis, Brian Blood, Joanne Landis, Lucky Rapp, Gioi Tran, Michal Venera, Andrea Arroyo, Jhina Alvarado, Matthew Frederick and Serena Bocchino.

The exhibition will also be available for online viewing and purchasing between September 28th and November 4th.

ArtHaus, a San Francisco based gallery located in the SoMa district, is one of the region’s foremost contemporary fine art galleries featuring work by prominent New York City and Bay Area artists across a range of mediums. Guided by a deep sense of philanthropy, ArtHaus is donating 20% of all revenues generated from the sales of this exhibition, both online and at ArtHaus, to Ocean Conservancy.
